These terms apply to the Rhythm Workshop app ("the app") and this website, both provided by HomiLabs Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept them on behalf of your child.
1. The app is free
The app is free to download and use. It has no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
2. Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal and family use, including use in homes, classrooms and therapy sessions. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app, or remove our name or notices from it.
3. For parents and guardians
- The app is made for children aged 3 to 6. Please supervise young children while they use any device.
- Parent settings (session length, calm mode, volume, vibration, voice language, reset progress) sit behind a grown-up check. Please don't share the answer with your child.
- The app is an educational game. It is not a medical, therapeutic or diagnostic tool and doesn't replace professional advice.
4. Privacy
The app collects no personal information and does not connect to the internet. Please read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Ownership
The app's characters (Milo and Pip), artwork, music, sound effects, voice recordings, text and code belong to HomiLabs Solutions, except the open-source components listed below. The app includes open-source software (such as Flutter, Flame and SoLoud) and the Andika font (SIL Open Font License), each used under its own licence.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the app, except where the law allows it, and don't use the app or its content to make another product.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the app at any time. Updates are delivered through Google Play. Because the app works offline, the version on your device keeps working even without updates.
8. No warranty
We work hard to make the app safe, gentle and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, HomiLabs Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above when we do, and the version on this page always applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
