Rhythm Workshop collects no personal information and does not connect to the internet.

Who we are

Rhythm Workshop ("the app") is a free music-and-sorting game for children aged 3 to 6, made by HomiLabs Solutions ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when the app is used.

Information we collect

None. The app has no accounts or sign-in. It does not ask for names, ages, photos, voice recordings, contacts or location, and it doesn't collect device identifiers or usage statistics.

Information stored on the device

To work, the app saves two small things only on the device:

• which levels have been finished (the stars), and
• the settings a parent chooses: voice language, volume, vibration, calm mode, session length and audio delay.

This information never leaves the device, and we cannot see it. You can erase it at any time; see Delete my data.

Permissions and internet

The app requests no Android permissions, including the internet permission, so it cannot send or receive data. It works fully offline.

Advertising, purchases and third parties

There are no ads, in-app purchases, links out of the app, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. We don't sell, share or transfer any information, because we have none.

Google Play, which delivers the app, processes download and device information under Google's own privacy policy; we don't receive personal information from Google about who installs the app.

Children's privacy

The app is designed for young children. Because it collects no personal information, it is built to meet the requirements of the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK GDPR rules for children, and the Google Play Families Policy. Parent settings sit behind a grown-up check (a multiplication question) so children don't change them by accident.

Security

The only data is the small settings file inside the app's private storage on the device, protected by Android's normal app sandbox.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the date above before the new version is released. If a future version were ever to collect personal information, we would ask for verifiable parental consent in the app first.
